How to Join

How do I join the Wildflour Loyalty Program?

  1. The Sprint
    Purchase the card in any Wildflour, Little Flour, Farmacy, Pink’s, and Hotel Bar for Php 150.
  2. The Marathon
    Presentation of single or accumulated receipts amounting to at least Php 5,000. Any transaction date is fine.
  3. The Extra Mile
    Pre-load the card with 1000 pts, and get the card for free.

The Perks

BIRTHDAY TREAT

During your birthday month, enjoy either a double-scoop of ice cream at any Farmacy branch, a free slice of cake from any Wild Flour, Little Flour branch, or a slice of mascarpone cheesecake from Wild Flour Italian. Only dine-in transactions are applicable in the respective restaurants.

CASHBACK 

For every transaction, (with the exception of the items included in the Digital Stamp Card) 1% of your total bill is converted into points, and are good as cash.

1 pt = Php 1 

Points earned are as good as cash. All menu items included in the digital stamp card are exempted from cashback. Earned points may be used by the cardholder at all participating branches of Wild Flour Group establishments. In the event that points are insufficient for payment, cash maybe used to settle the transaction. Points are earned before VAT and Service Charge branches of Wild Flour Group establishments. In the event that points are insufficient for payment, cash maybe used to settle the transaction.

DIGITAL STAMP CARD 

Collect 10 stamps in a single category and redeem your free item of choice (of the same category) on your next visit.

Congratulations on getting your card! There are two ways to activate it –

The Registration Form – If you ever find yourself in one of restaurants, ask our staff for a registration form. Fill out the details, give it back to our staff, and your account should be activated within 24-48 hours.

Online Registration – Visit Wildflour Registration Form, fill out the details and submit. Click, click, click – your account will be activated within 24-48 hours.

No it doesn’t, forever does exist

Sure you can. Show us a valid ID and give us your mobile number so we can reconfirm that your loyalty card is alive and kicking.

Unfortunately, no. But it’s only fair! The card’s perks only applies to the cardholder.

Yikes. First off, we hope all is well with you. Second, send an email over to loyalty.wildflour@gmail.com – you’ll have to pay Php 50 to replace it.

No. You can only earn points by dining in or through taking out.

The Wildflour Loyalty Card is honored in all Wild Flour, Little Flour, Farmacy, and Wild Flour Italian branches. For Pink’s, the Wild Flour Loyalty Card is only honored in Shangri-la Fort and Okada branches.

Yes, you can! However, it is still not automated so you have to include your WILDFLOUR LOYALTY CARD NUMBER in the ‘Order Notes’ when checking out. You may also notify our team via @wildflourtogo on Instagram so we can take note of your transaction number.

Terms and Conditions

1. APPLICABILITY

1.1 The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of Wildflour. Prices are subject to change.

1.2 By accepting an offer or making an order, the consumer expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Deviations from that stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are only valid when they are confirmed in writing by the     management.

1.4 All rights and entitlements stipulated for Wildflour in these General Terms and Conditions and any further agreements will also apply for intermediaries and other third parties deployed by Wildflour.

2. QUALITY

The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the concept.

If there are any complaints the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.

3. PRICES/OFFERS

3.1 All offers made by Wildflour are without obligation and Wildflour expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary as a result of statutory or other regulations.

3.1 All prices are indicated in euros, including VAT.

3.3 In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only during a specific period as long as stocks last. No entitlement to these prices may be invoked before or after the specific period.

3.4 Wildflour cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.

4. CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Wildflour is entitled to cancel or change the date of an event. Should this happen, Wildflour will attempt to provide a suitable solution. If an event is cancelled or postponed, Wildflour will do its utmost to inform you as soon as possible. However, Wildflour cannot guarantee it is possible to inform you timely of any change or cancellation of an event or be held responsible for refunds, compensations or for any resulting costs you may incur, for example for travel, accommodation and/or any other related goods or service.

4.2 Before confirming your reservation, always check carefully that you have reserved the correct (number of) persons. Wrongfully ordered (numbers of) persons are not refundable.

4.3. All purchases are final. Group bookings paid for on the website likewise cannot be cancelled by the purchaser and refunds claimed for any reason whatsoever.

5. PAYMENTS

5.1 All prices are including VAT.

5.2 Methods of payment we accept: Cash, iDeal, Mr. Cash, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

5.3 You will not receive confirmation of your definitive booking until your payment has been approved.

6. OTHER PROVISIONS

6.1  If one or more of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with Wildflour are in conflict with any applicable legal regulation, the provision in question will lapse and be replaced by a new comparable stipulation admissible by law to be determined by Wildflour.

6.2  The law of the Philippines applies to all agreements entered into with or concluded by Wildflour. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from these agreements will be exclusively settled by the Court.
