The Perks of Being a Wildflour
The Wildflour Loyalty cardholder is entitled to 1% cashback. With every transaction, 1% of the total bill (after all promotionsand discounts are applied) is converted into points.
1 pt = Php 1
Points earned are as good as cash. All menu items included in the digital stamp card are exempted from cashback.
Earned points may be used by the cardholder at all participating branches of Wild Flour Group establishments.
In the event that points are insufficient for payment, cash maybe used to settle the transaction.
Digital Stamp Card (launching soon)
Collect stamps after every purchase of a hot drink, cold drink, or scoop of ice cream. After collecting 10 stamps per category, the cardholder is entitled to a free item on their next visit, Each stamp is specific per category, and the redeemable item must also be within the same category.

How can I join the Wildflour Loyalty Program?
There are three different ways to get your Wild Flour Loyalty card, so choose your adventure.

How do I activate my Wildflour Loyalty Card?
Congratulations on getting your card! There are two ways to activate it -
The Registration Form - If you ever find yourself in one of restaurants, ask our staff for a registration form. Fill out the details, give it back to our staff, and your account should be activated within 24-48 hours.
Online Registration - Visit www.wildflour.com.ph/loyalty and log-in by filling out the details. Click, click, click - your account will be activated within 24-48 hours.
Does my card have an expiration date?
No, it doesn't. Forever does exist.
I left my Wildflour Loyalty Card at home. Can I still earn/use points?
Sure you can. Show us a valid ID and give us your mobile number so we can reconfirm that your loyalty card is alive and kicking.
I have a Wildflour Loyalty Card. Can my whole table earn points?
Unfortunately, no. But it's only fair! The card's perks only applies to the cardholder.
What if my card gets lost/stolen/damaged?
Yikes. First off, we hope all is well with you. Second, send an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org - you'll have to have Php 50 to replace it.
Can I get points from availing promos and discounts?
No. You can only earn points by dining in or through taking out.
Where can I use my Wildflour Loyalty Card?
The Wildflour Loyalty Card is honored in all Wild Flour, Little Flour, Farmacy, and Wild Flour Italian branches. For Pink's, the Wild Flour Loyalty Card is only honored in Shangri-la Fort and Okada branches.

1.1 The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of Blue Pepper. Prices are subject to change.
1.2 By accepting an offer or making an order, the consumer expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Deviations from that stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are only valid when they are confirmed in writing by the management.
1.4 All rights and entitlements stipulated for Blue Pepper in these General Terms and Conditions and any further agreements will also apply for intermediaries and other third parties deployed by Blue Pepper.
The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the concept.
If there are any complaints the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.
3.1 All offers made by Blue Pepper are without obligation and Blue Pepper expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary as a result of statutory or other regulations.
3.1 All prices are indicated in euros, including VAT.
3.3 In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only during a specific period as long as stocks last. No entitlement to these prices may be invoked before or after the specific period.
3.4 Blue Pepper cannot be held to any price indications that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.
4.1 Blue Pepper is entitled to cancel or change the date of an event. Should this happen, Blue Pepper will attempt to provide a suitable solution. If an event is cancelled or postponed, Blue Pepper will do its utmost to inform you as soon as possible. However, Blue Pepper cannot guarantee it is possible to inform you timely of any change or cancellation of an event or be held responsible for refunds, compensations or for any resulting costs you may incur, for example for travel, accommodation and/or any other related goods or service.
4.2 Before confirming your reservation, always check carefully that you have reserved the correct (number of) persons. Wrongfully ordered (numbers of) persons are not refundable.
4.3. All purchases are final. The dinner cruise tickets bought here cannot be returned for any refunds whatsoever; group bookings paid for on the website likewise cannot be cancelled by the purchaser and refunds claimed for any reason whatsoever.
5.1 All prices are including VAT.
5.2 Methods of payment we accept: Cash, iDeal, Mr. Cash, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
5.3 You will not receive confirmation of your definitive booking until your payment has been approved.
6. OTHER PROVISIONS
6.1 If one or more of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with Blue Pepper are in conflict with any applicable legal regulation, the provision in question will lapse and be replaced by a new comparable stipulation admissible by law to be determined by Blue Pepper.
6.2 The law of the Netherlands applies to all agreements entered into with or concluded by Blue Pepper. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from these agreements will be exclusively settled by the Court of Amsterdam.
